Retention

The roster stays about the same size by replacing itself

Membership totals look stable across the three years. Underneath, close to half the roster turns over annually. The program is not holding 600 members; it is recruiting several hundred new ones each year to stand in for the ones who left.

Turnover

Members carried over from the prior year against members new that year. Only 221 of the people who were members in 2023 were still members in 2025.

Movement between levels

Members almost never move up a level

Across the whole 2024 roster, exactly one member moved to a higher level the following year. Members either renew where they are, or they leave. There is no observable ladder in the current program.
