Levels

Each level behaves like a different program

The four levels are not four sizes of the same thing. They differ in how often members come, how much of their admission is free, and what they spend once they are in the room. Pick a level to see it across all three years.

Dues against benefit

Dues collected and benefit given for the selected level, by year. The difference between the two is the Net Revenue of Dues and Benefits Given.

All four levels, side by side

Net revenue per membership tells a sharper story than totals

Basic returns roughly per membership after benefit. Platinum returns . The chart below holds every level to the same per-membership measure, so size does not hide the pattern.

Net Revenue of Dues and Benefits Given per membership, by level and year.

How members use the room

Visit frequency is where the levels separate

A Platinum membership is used far more often than a Basic one. That is the benefit working as designed; it is also the mechanism behind the numbers on the previous page.

Average visits per active member, by level and year. An active member is one with at least one transaction in that year.
